What is Tornado Flush System?
Tornado Flush is a powerful cyclonic rinsing system that uses two powerful nozzles to create a rotating water flow. This ensures thorough cleaning of the entire bowl while using less water compared to traditional flushing systems.
Are ULSY products water-saving?
Yes, all ULSY products are designed with water conservation in mind. Our WCs feature dual-flush options (2.5/4 litres) that save significant water without compromising on performance. We are committed to eco-friendly practices.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on location and order value. We offer free delivery on orders above ₹50,000 within city limits. For other locations, delivery charges are calculated at checkout. International shipping is available on request.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive delivery within 3-4 days, while other locations may take 5-7 days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
Warranty
What is the warranty period for ULSY products?
ULSY offers a 7-year warranty on Vitreous China products and a 2-year warranty on internal fittings. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and starts from the date of purchase. Please retain your invoice for warranty claims.
How do I activate my product warranty?
To activate your warranty, scan the QR code on your product, fill in the warranty registration form with your details and purchase information, and submit. You will receive a PDF warranty certificate via email instantly.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as cracks, leaks, and finish defects that occur under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How do I claim warranty service?
To claim warranty service, please raise a service request through your account dashboard, call our customer care at +91 98765 43210, or email support@ulsysaniware.com with your product details and proof of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, all online payments are processed through secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We take security very seriously.
Do you offer EMI options?
Yes, we offer EMI options on select credit cards for orders above ₹10,000. You can select the EMI option at checkout. Terms and conditions apply based on your bank.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective or damaged products. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How do I return a product?

How long does refund take?
Once your return is approved and the product is received, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, we offer exchanges for defective products. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange. The replacement product will be shipped once the original product is received and inspected.
