Express Delivery

Express delivery available for metro cities within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Customized products cannot be returned
  • Clearance items are non-returnable

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection
  • Credit card refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect
  • UPI/Bank transfers take 3-5 business days
  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer (provide account details)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Exchange requests are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. The replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
